The basic principle of silicon carbide ceramic cyclone is to separate liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and other two-phase or multi-phase mixtures with a certain density difference under the action of centrifugal force. Input the mixture tangentially directed into the cyclone at a certain pressure to creating a high-speed swirling flow field in the cylindrical cavity. The denser components of the mixture move in the axial direction downwards under the effect of the swirling flow field, move radially outwards and move down the cone wall along the wall of the funnel, then discharged from the underflow port. This is called the external vortex flow field. The components with small density move toward the central axis and form an upward vortex within the center of the axis, then it is discharged from the overflow port, thus achieving the purpose of two-phase separation.
